The other is a Spider-man and The Fantastic Four, also 1 of 4 and #1 was called "The Arrival".

ION - I called in sick today. mac got his new brace and getting to the brace place is an ordeal, so I zipcared for the first time and it was much more enjoyable. Now he has an awesome new brace that fits and it has Batman all over it.

Now I have 3.5 free hours. Problem is I have about 10 hours of stuff I'd like to do in that time. must prioritize.

eh. According to my 2nd grade teacher sister-in-law, kids rarely give each other shit about "odd" names anymore. Names are just so much more diverse now then they were in the past. And I think Bishop is actually pretty traditional. I kind of like it.

Okay, it's 23 C (74F) outside, with humidex making it feel like it's 32 C. (89F) However, our air conditioning is in high gear, and so it's about 18C (65F) inside. And yet, I just went to look out the window at the fog, and the radiator is pumping out heat. It makes no sense.

Then I'll insist of my Pollyanna-ish-ness and keep thinking that if it had to happen (and, well, in a world that has Murphy's laws, it obviously has to happen), at least the timing is as OK as possible under the circumstances. Good luck with that, either way.
