Okay I've mostly been doing this on my phone and what little access I get at work, so somehow I missed who is on the basestar.
I went back and read the recaps and I'm confused.

The special rule from The Guardians is in effect.
BSG (Athena)
Obviously I got really distracted.
I'm going to move back to Galatica to the Hanger and launch a viper to Sector 5.
BSG
To round out: Athena discards a Trust Instincts 0 to return to Galactica. After launching, she fires at the raider in Sector 5.
Die roll: 4. Hit!
Meanwhile, another pilot has launched? Them's fighting words! Deeds. Whatever. I guess that means you'd like another one of these. Athena's crisis card is:
Lockdown
Cylon Attack
First, the heavy raider activates. Then we place more ships, supposedly including four more heavy raiders. We don't have enough for all that. Athena, let me know whether to take one off Sector 1 or Sector 2.
BSG
Ok, wrapping it up:
1. Athena takes one heavy raider out of
Sector 1.
2. Athena launched in an assault raptor.
That concludes Athena's turn. Zarek's cards are going out. Admiral Zarek, when you're ready, please post your move and action.

BSG (Zarek)
You know we can still fire on the basestar, right? In fact, I recommend firing on the basestar at least once. We need to damage it a little. We just don't want to destroy it.
Also, frak everything.
BSG
Administrative note: Zarek's card draw exhausted the Leadership deck. I've reshuffled the discards.
BSG (Zarek)
I play Preventative Policy-3 on Morale and XO-2 Romo to pew-pew those Raiders out of the sky.
I think we should consider jumping ASAP. At the very least, I think jumping at 4 is a good idea.
BSG
Romo Lampkin, you have received an XO. You may either move and take an action, or not move and take two actions. When you're ready, please post your orders.
