Secrecy rules do allow Cally (or anyone else) to state whether or not they could repair on an XO.

Hmm, I'd say Weapons, Command, FTL. Not sure which of those 3 has priority. We are in the Blue, so we could jump early. Would we kill the 3 civvies in the air? I forget with the expansion pack. I'd put weapons with FTL a close second.

Do you mean when you jump? No. They stay on the board after the jump. All the Cylon ships move to the CFB, and any vipers in space go back to Reserves.
