Hmm, I'd say Weapons, Command, FTL. Not sure which of those 3 has priority. We are in the Blue, so we could jump early. Would we kill the 3 civvies in the air? I forget with the expansion pack. I'd put weapons with FTL a close second.

Do you mean when you jump? No. They stay on the board after the jump. All the Cylon ships move to the CFB, and any vipers in space go back to Reserves.

So I move to Weapons and use Repair 2 to fix the location.

I think the roll is the better option. There's less at stake, and we don't burn cards. I can't help either.
