"What kind of magical sunshine and lollipop world do you live in? Because you need to be medicated."-SFist

So we've been playing games at lunch here (mostly Zombie Fluxx and Mystery Rummy), which is good. I'm looking for suggestions of games for 3-4 that can be played very quickly, or easily interrupted. For example, Mystery Rummy is great because each hand is totally different so you can stop pretty much whenever and pick up the score sheet where you left off. I'd say anything where it helps to remember what people have or what's left in stock is out.

Ideas?

I don't think that would work well because of keeping the cards in order and remembering what people have wanted to trade, etc.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

Gloom is great, but it's not particularly quick. It's good for 3 to 4 people, though, and easily interrupted (though if you enjoy the storytelling aspect of it, maybe not so much).

I think I might veto that on the storytelling concept alone. I generally don't like games where I have to be creative. See also Balderdash.

It's not necessary to tell stories, but it makes it more fun, if you are into that sort of thing. I've never tried playing it as a simple card game without embellishing.

Ooh, Set might be good. I've never played, but I think it's been recommended to me in every game store I've ever been in. Never heard of Yikerz.

As a bonus, Jeffrey's Toys is less than a block away. I noticed today that there is now Pirate Fluxx.

Loot is also pretty fun, if you like pirates.

There's also Zombie Dice and Cthulhu Dice.

Yikerz is a magnet game [link]

I got mine at ThinkGeek. Looks like it's available at Amazon as well.
