My weekend has my sisters here for a day, hopefully lots of gardening, and relaxing. It's a long weekend in Canada. Is it one in the US?

Not this weekend-- next weekend is though.
So what are people doing this weekend?
Sleeping a whole bunch and going to a concert on Sunday, which I hope will not be rife with teenies and scene queens due to Pete Wentz namechecking the band on his blog.
Meeting up with some friends tonight, tomorrow I have to go to the library and do laundry, not sure what else, and then Sunday is supposed to be a birthday party in a park, but I haven't heard an inclement weather plans, so who knows.
I don't know what I am doing this weekend. Hopefully it will include seeing Buffistas at some point, and possibly going to see Iron Man, but mostly it will be cleaning and errands.
After seeing my niece and nephew last weekend, I now have my third cold in the last six months. So this weekend will entail lots and lots of sleeping. I also plan to play Mario Kart, and to figure out where That Smell is coming from in my kitchen.
It occured to me to to go the movies right after work to kill time, but nothing starts at 5ish. Which makes some kind of sense, I guess -- they are all 4:30/6:30/8:30. But I can't leave at 4! Ah well.
Also, should electric type boats be in the bathwater, because unless they are made like the special water safe vibrators, it seems like a good way to get electrocuted.
I don't think toy batteries have enough juice to electrocute someone, but considering the uses being discussed I can imagine a very unfortunate perm resulting.
wind-up bath toys, not electric or battery.
I think 5:30 movie start times would be an excellent plan.
I very much want to run away from work and possibly drop in at a day spa for the rest of the day.
Points to Dana's co-worker for the idea, squick for the execution.
