This was followed by a brilliant flash of inspiration and I booked myself a sauna and massage for 4:00 this afternoon. I don't like to spend that kind of money, but after cleaning out my Niece's dorn room yesterday and speaking at her service, boy have I earned it.

I find myself torn -- not on suicide vs. breakfast this time -- but on whether this thing I just did will fix an ongoing problem. If it does fix it, yay, huge headache now over! On the other hand, "Dude, you mean that's all I needed to do? You couldn't have, I don't know, included that in the INSTRUCTIONS?"

It's Mandarin. Kai-Lan is Chinese and they teach kids simple words in Mandarin much like Dora does for Spanish. My kids LOVE it. I think Liv was using the Chinese word for "jump" but I could be wrong.
