Boxed Set, Vol. V: Just a Hint of Denial and a Dash of Retcon

A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.

Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.

Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.

Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.

This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

In Moonlight, what is the vampires' susceptibility to sunlight? I caught part of an episode with Mick at a daytime funeral. He kept to the shade most of the time, but it didn't seem like it was too dangerous.

I am the fly who dreams of the spider

Moonlight Vampires are full-shade to part shade plants, place their pots in a northern window and out of direct sunlight. Placing Moonlight Vampire plants in a southern window will eventually result in yellowing of leaves and sickness. If this should happen, fertilize heavily with dried blood and irrigate with icy water.

That's kind of cool, except I expect to be sad about then having to wait a whole year. Silver lining, meet cloud. Geez, Jen.

Oh, my god. They are doing such a good job of making me hate Gaeta so fucking much!

They weren't before?

Love Roslin stepping foot on the cylon ship and immediately barking orders . . . and being listened to.

Picking him to be the prominent gay male character right around the same time he was chosen to take over Baltar's role as sniveling traitor (but the former in the relative anonymity of webisodes) is doing a good job of making me hate the producers rather than the character.

They weren't before?

No, I always liked Gaeta - probably one of my favorites.

Matt, I hadn't seen if from that angle. Point.

Oh, Tigh. I love you more each day. "In your case, probably cut off one of your legs."

Oh, hey, hi, Mark Sheppard! Or however you spell your last name.

I wouldn't be as touchy about it if they hadn't posthumously revealed Admiral Cain as a lesbian long after she'd been established as a psychopathic tyrant.
