A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.
I realize now that my theory of them all be decendants of cylons was off. Could still be true, but I'd forgotten that all the colonies had come from Kobol (for some reason I was thinking they'd all come from Earth).
Now, is there a reason they can't go back to pretty pretty Kobol now that they're not trying to kill each other?
I don't think any of them have glowing spines anymore.
The Cavils, at least, are still trying to kill the humans.
I can see that. It would certainly represent the evolution of the 'human' experience in a dribble rather than a kerpow.
It occurs to me that I'm basing my assumption on a dab of emperical possibiity in a medium where storylines tend to veer with stomach churning uncertaintly.
So, yeah. I'm just glad to be interested in waiting to see. My first impression of BSG was 'bestteveeevar', all too quickly replaced with feh. Now? Neat!
I'm still at "reeeeaaaallllly?" The second Kara and the previous Ellen kinda make me itch.
I'm trying to figure out which bothers me more: Ellen in the final 5 or the second Starbuck.
I'm kind of thinking the latter at this point because that potentially makes far less sense to me.
The second Kara and the previous Ellen kinda make me itch.
Having missed a lot of the last season, I have no explanation for why, but the second/other Kara seemed a foregone conclusion to me. It was just a matter of time in my mind.
The Ellen thing strikes me as way more _huh_ in that universe.
I can't think of a pleasing reason for both of them to have happened. Just one points cleanly to a fifth cylon. Two is too messy for me.
Yeah, I'd been assuming all along that the Starbuck who came back was not the one who left.
Ellen, I'm reserving judgment on until I find out why. (Right now I'm holding out for "Saul and Ellen Tigh are the original Lords of Kobol" but I kind of doubt it will be that dramatic.)
Oh - now that I know Gaeta and Hoshi are both still alive, is there any reason I should see the last webisode? I was really starting to lose interest at about ep 8.
yeah, you should see ep 9 and 10. it isn't a huge time commitment.
