I thought Carter had all his memories back. Am I remembering wrong?
Boxed Set, Vol. V: Just a Hint of Denial and a Dash of Retcon
A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.
Because I'm not buying Allison's re-courtship with Stark. He says "I've changed" and she's all in? Again? It just seems so flighty.
yes. And Stark didn't say anything particularly cogent or meaningful. But I guess she never stopped loving him.
I thought Carter had all his memories back. Am I remembering wrong?
I think so. Henry blasted him with the memory thing, so his subconscious remembers, so I think that he is supposed to feel these things more intensely that his conscious mind realizes.
Can I say how thrilled I am that the ep was all ready on SCIFI... Thiiiiiiiiiissssssssssmmmmmmmuuuuuuuccccccchhhhhh!! I t would be bigger but I didn't want to muck with the screen. TIVOed the later episode of Eureka. put an extra 3 minutes on the timer Still 1 min 14 seconds short. I would have missed the blue vial.
that's all except Hooray it is back
Daleks speaking German! Eeek!
Hee. That made me laugh and laugh.
I love this part. All piloted up!
Convenient that they had fireworks at the ready.
Must have learned from the Rebellion pilots at Endor.
Damn, is there a night this week that I'm not going to cry? --referring to all the companions piloting the TARDIS and Earth home.
Poor Jackie, I dunno why they brought her in and then all her directions are "stand in the background". Shame for the actress, and a waste of space/time that couldn't have been used in, oh I dunno, having the Doctor react with grief when he thought Donna had died in the TARDIS. Or exploring human!Ten a little more instead of having him likewise standing around like a lump.
I still want to have the Bad Wolf Bay scene rewritten.
shakey fist raised in RTD's general direction
I hate what he (RTD) did to Donna. There, I said it. I was trying to be all reasonable and shit when it first aired, but now I just... hate it. I'm not saying it doesn't work within the story. I just hate it. That's all.
I love that her grandfather is so kind to the Doctor here. I hope this isn't the last we see of Donna or Granddad. I ♥ them.
Poor Doctor. I ♥ you, too.

That was so cool! Best part of the episode!
