Well some friends of Buffy played a funny joke and they took her stuff and now she wants us to help get it back from her friends who sleep all day and have no tans.

A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.

Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.

Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.

Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.

This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.

Henry... I hope for the mercy of the court.

Yes - want Henry back in a big way. I also hope he finds a way to be happy again. Maybe he and Jo can hook up after Zane suffers a gratuitously painful death.

vanguard of the socialist Hollywood liberal homosexualist agenda

So the corporate sponsor was Degree the deoderant?

The crates they were bringing in had the Degree logo on the side.

I personally enjoyed the meta, in a really weird way.

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

In my view, there are two Poochies. Hence the need for specifying which I meant.

I think that "Poochie" refers to a specific type of new character - supposed to be "hip", in order to interest the youngsters. I was particlarly annoyed by Poochie because his presence seems to indicate that the network doesn't think that they have hotties on the show already. WHATEV!!!!!

Government!Chick is a different animal.

I have to say, that I'm a little tired of the constant conspiracy thing. There doesn't NEED to be a backstory or throughline for this show.

Also, Carter is bummed about Alison and Stark, but there's nothing that says that this didn't happen in the other life, and then one of them broke it off. (besides Carter and Stark are WAY hotter together :) )

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

I think Alison and Stark have way more chemistry than Alison and Carter. Also Alison's new cut is adorable and I think I want it, only thing is my hair has more curl and doubtless would look less sleek and sexy and more like Courtney Love on a bender.

I am the fly who dreams of the spider

I think Carter has more chemistry than Allison. Alli is such a blackhole of the writers whims and marionette pron that I don't know how to read her. But Carter devastates me with his feelings for her. Stark I adore, but when it comes to Allison, he leaves me cold. And I blame it all on the writing. A good triangle is one where we are put in the position to believe that the love of both courters is true and passionate. I *almost* get that with Stark, but not enough. And with Carter's memories gone, it's *almost* tragic. Then there's Allison, this blank page, moving in the wind at the whims of the writers.

Ooh, do we have any Stargate/SGa writers on board? That may explain the suckatood of the wimmens.

The smart answer would have been to have Allison declaring "I'm not sure about either of you, go suck it while I live my life, like I've been doing before and after I met either of you."

Because I'm not buying Allison's re-courtship with Stark. He says "I've changed" and she's all in? Again? It just seems so flighty.

And did I mention that Carter devastated me with his reaction to her engagement? And possibly even moreso with his acceptance of his role as "friend"?

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

I thought Carter had all his memories back. Am I remembering wrong?

yes. And Stark didn't say anything particularly cogent or meaningful. But I guess she never stopped loving him.

I thought Carter had all his memories back. Am I remembering wrong?

I think so. Henry blasted him with the memory thing, so his subconscious remembers, so I think that he is supposed to feel these things more intensely that his conscious mind realizes.
