Now, I can hold a note for a long time...actually I can hold a note forever. But eventually that's just noise. It's the change we're listening for. The note coming after, and the one after that. That's what makes it music.

A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.

Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I love that Abbie hasn't bothered to correct his "internet" pronounciation either. He amuses her as much as he would many of us, clearly.

I want one!

I was actually driven to try and draw Mison's dry portrayal. This is my first shot at him, so, you know, be gentle with me--he's got a particular face, never mind his expression.

I can't wait to get to Irving. He's right after Abbie who is also gonna be hard--when she was dressed up at the end for Turkey Day, I could barely recognise her. When she does her hair, it makes all the difference in the world. But I get why she wouldn't, for the job. I didn't for school, when my hair was straightened.

Why isn't everyone pelting me with JOY, dammit? - Zenkitty

"The Shot Heard 'Round the World" from Schoolhouse Rock Rocks! just came up on my ipod. I was halfway listening to it when it occurred to me how enthralled Ichabod would be if someone played it for him. Almost like listening to a game on the radio or something.

The expression looks just like him, ita.

I loved the look on Abbie's face when Ichabod walked out of the house covered in bloodsap. Sort of "OMG, he's an actual badass."

"I would like to go home now."

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Oh, my other thought during the whole birth scene and telling-to-Ichabod was "Well, we know *Katrina* has a son..." IJS, that woman had a lot of secrets.

"...another exotic gift from The Amazon."

KILLED ME DED OMGMISON.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

She may not be a bad guy, but still, I don't trust Katrina!

Yeah, I was thinking "Is that Ichabod's kid?" Too many soap operas.

I'm pretty excited for Irving's daughter to join the demon-fighting team on his next custody weekend.

I'm also assuming that Ichabod will now have to go to the Gap and get some skinny jeans, since his period clothes are covered in demon-tree blood.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

I wanted Irving to ask his ex-wife if she'd happened to notice any newspaper articles about the rash of beheadings, Black Death outbreak, and German terrorist sabotage of the city's electrical grid that might just explain why the head of police in a "sleepy little town" of nearly 150,000 would be busier than expected recently.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

Yes, also that it might not be safe to have the kid visit her father when the last guy who held the job was killed in an unsolved mystery beheading and another cop's corpse vanished from the morgue.

I was thinking we could have some nice protective father bonding between Crane and Irving. I always loved in Castle when the captain and Rick would share parenting stories.
