A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.
Actually they could easily get him in new clothes that suggest his origins
What would be the in-show reason for making that effort? I can't see Ichabod caring enough to learn eBay, or anyone to help him. I can see him in modern but fussy clothes, but that would have its own merits--nodding to the War just looks complicated.
Give him jeans and plaid! Loosen his ponytail!
(and then cross over with SPN)
Oh no, not his ponytail, he shares that with Abbie. They have the same hairdo.
Maybe he could keep the boots, change into jeans and shirt, and get a long coat. Hmm. Trenchcoat?
MAYBE HE CAN STAY IN THE SAME CLOTHES AND CONTINUE TO LOOK CUTE.

Who is paying his way in the present?
Did he have tenure at Oxford in the 18th century?

The spell Katrina did not only takes care of his body but his clothes! Maybe that's her favorite look on him and he keeps trying to change clothes and they always morph into that outfit.
Did he have tenure at Oxford in the 18th century?
Oooh! Certainly someone at Oxford acknowledges him, and he may be assuming his room and board is some version of military support, and Abbie has had other things on her mind, and someone (else) mysterious is covering his bills and everyone thinks somebody else has taken care of it!
He did look to be covered in salt or something similar when he first woke up. If Katrina's spell can keep someone in a state of stasis for 230 years, I have no problem with it similarly preserving his clothing.
I assume he deposited a penny into a savings account in 1776 and is currently living off the accumulated interest.
