A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.
Ra's al Ghul, eh?
It's an easy explanation for how Black Canary got trained so well (if she is Sarah, which I still think she is, given how often the show has mentioned Sarah in every episode this season) -- if she ended up in the League of Shadows after the shipwreck, they could train her up to be a badass vigilante.
Looks like somebody woke up on the wrong side of the coffin.
I see Dracula is also set in an alternate universe.
I don't think there is anything on this earth that would get me to watch Dracula on NBC.
I see Dracula is also set in an alternate universe.
Yeah, it's been a while since I've read the original, but I don't remember Mina being a med student or Jonathan being a reporter. Or Dracula posing as an American industrialist or inventor or whatever this guy is, for that matter. (Actually, that's my biggest peeve so far -- I miss Meyers's actual accent instead of the American accent he's using.)
I will not be trying to change your mind.
Ooo, and Van Helsing just showed up!
Blechh, he fries in sunlight.
How heavily am I going to need to drink to get through this version of Dracula?
The only thing that's the same as the original is the names.
The clothes are all wrong for any era in this universe, and the "science" is more than laughable. And Dracula is wearing a wristwatch.
