So not only is the Science channel running the Firefly marathon, they're going to be running Fringe, as well.
Is Science the new SciFi?
A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.

As long as they don't change it to "SyEnce Channel..."
Oh -- as long as we're on the Science Channel, they're running a series of science-gone-wrong-or-at-least-awry 'recreated dramas' called Dark Matters -- with John Noble as the presenter with his really lush voice intoning the narrative.
As long as they don't change it to "SyEnce Channel..."
Snerk.
And...don't give them any ideas.
TWD: The Governor's town may be eviiiiile, but at least they're listening to me about the possibility of zombie traps -- solar-powered noise-makers with conveniently placed pits dug nearby.
Yeah, I was all "Dark Matters?!" That looks spicy!
bonny, one would hope they would be smarter than that. HOPE.
Theo, shouldn't that be Eville? "Welcome to Woodbury, a.k.a Eville!"
And yep, that's a pretty damn smart idea, even if yanno...eville.
Heh. Yes, from now I vote we call it Eville.
I'm kind of disappointed that Carol's death was off-screen. The character deserved a better farewell than that.
I am pretty sure I saw something in the previews for next week that cast a question on Carol's death.
I don't think there's any reason to assume that no body == death ever, especially in a show like this which is fairly porny about death (although somewhat shyer about the ladies). At the very least, no body=questions about death.
Hmm. I think I assumed pretty much the same as ita !, that since we didn't see the death on-screen, just the damned scarf, there's always a chance she's alive. I mean, I'm unspoiled for the comics, but no body of supporting secondary character for 3 years = we will see her again, dead or alive.
Although...why dig a damn grave? A marker, for sure, but there was a grave, a filled in, full-sized hole, right? Why do that if you're only planting a marker? Don't have time to re-watch; on a work-break. Hmm.
If Carol died for reals off-screen and we didn't see her damned shot in the head zombie body, I will be pissed, too. Anyone can die, I get that. But if it's a character I've come to know, I want to see it.
I completely failed to get that that zombie had eaten Lori's body. Admittedly I was eyerolling something awful when it came to Rick. I don't begrudge the character his grief, but that was way boring for me.
The Governor and his daughter...MOTHERFUCKER. That shit was the sickest thing I've seen yet. So damaged, so dangerous.
