Boxed Set, Vol. V: Just a Hint of Denial and a Dash of Retcon
A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.
Cool!
I was just reading over at TWOP that apparently, they had Donna's dad from "The Runaway Bride" in a few eps from this upcoming season, but he passed away before he finished filming. So they replaced him with the already-cast and -filmed newspaper vendor from VotD, whom they made into her grandfather.
Sharp eyes by my standards -- I just figured they went to the RSC Central Casting department and got yet another Kindly Old British Gent with a list of credits longer than half of Hollywood.
Also, I do like that whole wall of books he has. Nice design.
I was lusting after that myself! And Josef is, by far, the very best part of that entire series for me.
Mick and Josef sitting in a tree... nothing to see here...
You missed Josef TURNING Mick?
Oh, that's so sad.
Yes! and Yes! it is! The music and the dialogue had me cracking up. It was all very romantic. I think I even might have had Chef in my head singing "Gonna lay you down by the fi-yah and make suh-weet love"
the silly Six-holding-him-up in last week's ep
See, I don't think that was played for comic effect at all. Creepy and eerie was the vibe I got from that. He didn't have control over those movements.

Wordy McWord.

Yeah, I didn't think that was supposed to be comical, exactly.
