Spike: I'm not a monster. Xander: Yes! You are a monster. Vampires are monsters! They make monster movies about them! Spike: Well, yeah. Got me there.

Boxed Set, Vol. V: Just a Hint of Denial and a Dash of Retcon

A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.

Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.

Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.

Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.

This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.

Well, Doctor Who has inspired my tagline. Enjoying Tennant very much, but haven't quite fallen in love with him yet!

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Jamie Bamber to work with Ron Moore again.

That's cool. That picture, on the other hand, is hot. Brings to mind the towel scene. 17th Precinct sounds interesting. Plus, Stockard Channing.

We're very stretchy. - Connie Neil

Saw a fun Doctor Who reference on Daily Show last night--they had Watson on "helping" John Hodgeman out with some topic, and it'd start out saying something good, and then start saying "Exterminate! Exterminate!" but in its Watson voice, not a Dalek one.

Wonder Woman pilot summary that sounds less dire than I was expecting. But I'm still not excited. At least she's an Amazon, but no flight? What's with that?

We are Buffistas. This isn't our first apocalypse. -- Pix

You know, I clearly don't know much about Wonder Woman, because I'm pretty sure I didn't know she could fly. I thought that was the point of the invisible jet.

However, I'm somewhat intrigued by the casting of Adrianne Palicki, whom I like a lot, although I've never seen her as an action type. That'll be interesting.

It hadn't occurred to me people didn't know she could fly. Doesn't she fly in the cartoons? The first page of google image searches has only three shots of her in flight. Superman gets more.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

She does fly in JL/JLU, which surprised me as well because, like 'Suela, I thought that's why she had the invisible jet.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

since when does she fly without a jet?
