Gwen: Demon, OK? The whole nine—cloven feet and horns and teeth. He wasn't wearing lamé though. Lorne: Yeah, the evil ones can't pull it off. It gets camp.

Boxed Set, Vol. V: Just a Hint of Denial and a Dash of Retcon

A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.

Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.

Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.

Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.

This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.

Art Crawl!!!

It's true: this version of Being Human doesn't get the comedy. Timing is difficult.

Dying is easy; comedy is hard.

hwæt

To be fair, the pilot of The Middleman felt off to me. It took a few episodes for the actors to get used to Javi's style of dialog and get their timing down, but once they did, it was hilarious.

All is well that ends in pizza.

And then? Canceled.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

Same for me, Scola.

call me jacki; zuisa is an internet nick from ancient times =)

I just watched last night's Chuck, and I LOVED it. I too adored Morgan and Casey helping with the proposal, and I was so sure it was going to happen on the balcony at the end there, but of course not. It took them two and a half seasons to get together, I'm sure it'll take a full other one for this proposal to happen.

Preview for next week also looks amazing. Of course, I'll be living on a ship by then, and so I have no idea how I'm going to watch it, but I'll make it happen.

Danger is my middle name, only I spell it R. u. t. h. - Tina Belcher.

I just watch the SyFy Being Human. It wasn't horrible. It did lack the charm of the BBC version.

I don't remember the sister being locked in with the werewolf in the original. Am I forgetting that?

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Outcasts trailer. BBC with Jamie Bamber, amongst others. Including Hermione Norris.
