Boxed Set, Vol. V: Just a Hint of Denial and a Dash of Retcon
A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.
And then? Canceled.
Sad but true. ::sigh::
To be fair, the pilot of The Middleman felt off to me. It took a few episodes for the actors to get used to Javi's style of dialog and get their timing down, but once they did, it was hilarious.
Same for me, Scola.
Series 3 of the original BBC Being Human starts this Sunday evening.
WANT!
I just watched last night's Chuck, and I LOVED it. I too adored Morgan and Casey helping with the proposal, and I was so sure it was going to happen on the balcony at the end there, but of course not. It took them two and a half seasons to get together, I'm sure it'll take a full other one for this proposal to happen.
Preview for next week also looks amazing. Of course, I'll be living on a ship by then, and so I have no idea how I'm going to watch it, but I'll make it happen.
I just watch the SyFy Being Human. It wasn't horrible. It did lack the charm of the BBC version.
I don't remember the sister being locked in with the werewolf in the original. Am I forgetting that?
Outcasts trailer. BBC with Jamie Bamber, amongst others. Including Hermione Norris.
Sancturary renewed for a 4th season.
Being Human US - I find the name changes pointless and annoying. Especially since they changed Mitchell to Aidan, which is the British actor's name who plays Mitchell.
I'll keep recording for a bit, but not impressed so far.
Do we know when BH UK s3 will air in the US?
I don't think BBCA have made an announcement yet.
Yeah, I don't understand the name changes - it's not like Aiden or Sally are in anyway more American than Mitchell or Annie.
