I was assuming this would happen too, and very relieved that it didn't. (I was joking with DH in the beginning of the ep that every time Jack and Allison sleep together, the timeline gets rewritten.)

I don't know, but my guess is that doesn't work in this 'verse - unless George stops being a werewolf. (Because what Mitchell said suggests that George will be in danger after he is no longer supernatural.)
