Danger is my middle name, only I spell it R. u. t. h. - Tina Belcher.

They reshow it here at 11:00. Maybe you can rerecord it then.

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

You're welcome! I'm hoping the weather has passed by then so I can see it, too!

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

Fun episode. LOVED Toby Jones.

"My jokes are WASTED on you."

Also, touching about what it finally said about Amy and Rory. I'm SO glad Rory knew exactly what it meant that Amy wasn't sure. That boy has more of a clue than he lets on at first glance.

All is well that ends in pizza.

Dr Who UK:

I want to make a music video with the episode and Don McLean's song Vincent.

Can you tell when you're dreaming? All I have to do is try to dial a phone.

"We're all stories, in the end. Just make it a good one, eh?"

UK Doctor Who: I thought that was WONDERFUL. Possibly my favourite of the season (thanks to the fantastic Richard Curtis). And I don't usually like the historical episodes. How good were some of those lines?! "It's a thing; it's like a plan, but with more greatness." "Is this how time normally passes? Reeeeally slowly, in the right order?" "Overconfidence, this, and a small screwdriver. I'm absolutely sorted." Matt Smith is now just so completely the Doctor, for me. And I loved the references to Amy and Vincent's shared gingerness and potential ginger children.

Also, very sad and touching, for such a funny episode. They did the switch from 'evil monster' to 'lonely monster' so, so well. As with the inevitability of Van Gogh's suicide despite Amy and the Doctor bringing some light into his life. Beautifully done.

Daniel, DO it! I love that idea.

Seska, those were, indeed awesome lines. Which brings up one of the things I like best about 11. So much of his greatness is expressed in virtually thrown away lines. If you aren't listening closely, they'll whiz right past you, whereas with 10...my previous favorite...the "I'm the STUFF" stuff was so much less subtle .

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

bonny, I absolutely agree that some of the best bits of Eleven are in throwaway lines. It's like his mind is always whirring and he can't disconnect it from its mouth. It's hilarious.

Right, P-C. It's so endearing and humble-seeming.

With 10 and even 9, to a lesser extent, the notion that the Universe knows him and is enthralled by/cowed by his awesomeness, was so certain. Now, much less so. In fact, when he responded the the question about whether he is afraid of monsters with, "No! They are afraid of me." I knew that was what he was supposed to say, but I didn't quite believe that he believed it. Which makes his awesomeness so much more...well...awesome. Superheroes don't surprise you when they get it right. But this Doctor does. It sort of reminded me of a line from Toy Story, when Rex says, "I'm going for fierce here, but I'm just not feeling it!"

Which brings me to something that worries me, that has been repeated so many times recently, it is leading me to a 'do not want' place.

In this episode, alone, 11 says, "I'm getting old," twice. 10 said that a lot too, but in a more ironical way. Now, it makes me nervous that the PTB are planning for the end of the series. While I don't want to seem paranoid, even MASH and St. Elsewhere came to an end.
