I'm so pleased that I did in fact notice the crack in the Tardis machine in the first episode. Continuity yay!

Boxed Set, Vol. V: Just a Hint of Denial and a Dash of Retcon
A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.
I didn't notice the crack in the oscilloscope until it was pointed out, but oooh.
I loved that Amy's first reaction to being in the far future was that she's been dead for centuries.
Hey, wait, we never saw Amy send the message to herself. Are we to assume it happened before that scene and she hit Forget or something?
DCJ, re: the name of the Queen. Amused? I think she was meant to be a direct descendant; it wasn't just a reference. Right?
I'm enjoying the difference in characterization and reactions that Eleven has. His response to being the only Time Lord and all the Gallifrey and Time War stuff was so completely different from Ten's immense angst, it was startling, but it still worked. I believed that he's really trying to move past it while not forgetting it.
I also did not notice the "crack" in the oscilloscope, but just rewatched that bit. Whoa.
Because nothing completes a Sunday evening like crack: Stephen Colbert profiles the Fightin' Pleisar Regiment:
(AKA: this is a Colbert Report/Farscape crossover. No, seriously.)
No shit? I gotta watch that. (He's such an enormous geek. I love him.)
Oh, it's fic, Steph, not actual Colbert footage.
Ha, that was great.
Okay, even fic incorporating Colbert and Farscape is going to make me chortle.
AKA: this is a Colbert Report/Farscape crossover. No, seriously.

STEPHEN: Peacekeepers are tough guys. You're a tough guy.
CRAIS: Yes. I am a tough guy.
STEPHEN: But you have a pony tail.
I can see why Steph thought it was from the Colbert people though--he did have a Colbert/LotR crossover fic on his website.
