I can see why Steph thought it was from the Colbert people though--he did have a Colbert/LotR crossover fic on his website.
Boxed Set, Vol. V: Just a Hint of Denial and a Dash of Retcon
A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.

They've had some awesome hooks at the end of episodes, but this was definitely the best one.
Or the worst one. I've not made peace with it.
Yes, I suppose there are two parts to the worthiness of a hook -- first, that it makes the viewer really REALLY want to tune in next episode. The second part is whether the plot payoff for the hook is worth the excitement and gives the satisfaction in the next episode(s).
The second part is much much harder to pull off.

And... they've cast Ben Browder.
t boggles
nooooooo!!!!
Is that a good Noooo or a bad Nooooo?
how could it be good? I have to watch a show about cheerleaders to watch BB? On CW?
Well, here is all I know about it:
And apparently it's being compared to "Election", "Heathers", and "Friday Night Lights". Which is rather impressive for something that hasn't been shot yet (it's based on a book).
