This morning I got the perfect example of how I work with idiots. So the education dept is doing "Jungle Book". A show the kids put on to show their parents how much they have learned in acting class. So they forward me this request:
For preshow music, we're thinking about "Eye of the Tiger" and "Welcome to the Jungle"Um, Welcome To The Jungle? For kids? For Jungle Book? The story about overcoming challenge and growing up, you want a song about the city beating you down and whoring and drugging and all that? And you want this to start the show off? For kids.
