I think I like sour the way some of you like salt. I can in fact handle salt best with sour--we have some "Chinese sweeties" (we're so lyrical with our naming in Jamaica) that are shrunken soured plums with some salt on. Now that's good licking.

lori: That is awesome. I am almost positive I can get them here, because we have lots of Hispanic foods, but very little Japanese. Except pocky. For some reason I can get pocky at my grocery store. Which I'm not complaining about, mind you, just thinking they could maybe add, I dunno, rice? Or miso?
