I have trouble believing Canlis is the priciest restaurant in these parts. Yes, it's expensive and iconic, but I thought the Herb Farm would set you back more $$.
I noticed the article specifed a la carte, which isn't an option at Herb Farm.
(We'll do Herb Farm in 2009, I guess. For our 10 year.)

It's on Pico and Gateway, or around there anyhoo. It's supposed to be v. good, but I haven't eaten there. Then again, haven't tried The Hump either, but I know you like it.

I want to mention that Allyson's boss is a massive dick.
Burrell, I go to Wax Poetic on Magnolia in Burbank, and Christa cuts and colors my hair and is very good. They have a gallery connected withthe salon, so one can look at art while waiting, which is cool.
