I kept watching and was thinking about the rest of you watching. I had the theme song in my head all day!

Man, I miss this show so much. Just a handful of episodes and it was enough to fall totally in love with everyone.

It was fun to notice more things like the cross Mal kissed and the lava lamp.

Yeah, I completely spaced last Sunday, and I was even home. Will do my best to remember this time; I really wanted to W&P Serenity (the pilot), too!

ETA: I meant I was bummed to have missed W&Ping Serenity - that's what the "too" meant. Too looks weird now. How is that even a real word?

For those who get the Ovation channel -- they're broadcasting Firefly this week. I just came across it tonight at 9 p.m., with "Shindig" and they're following it at 10 p.m. with "Safe."

Ovation is running 3 episodes each night, and they're doing an all-day marathon on Saturday. They are editing bits and pieces out which is always annoying, but it's always fun to see it on TV even though I could pop in the DVDs at any time.

I miss this show so much. My boyfriend and I watch it once a year or so, and I just finished up Jaynestown, Out of Gas and Ariel. It's simply an amazing run of episodes (and War Games is up next!)

Watching Firefly just makes me so giddily happy and yet I also feel extreme sadness while I watch it as well.
