Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

My alarm did not go off this am, but somehow I woke at the correct time, which is an hour earlier than usual, despite getting home at 9:45 last night, and drinking a couple of glasses of wine in order to fall asleep! Thank god because we have a class today.

Relately, how many sheet pizza pieces do you allow per adult person? I have 18 people, so I am thinking 2 pizzas? We also will have salad.

Punishingly Intricate

Some states used to ban interstate wine shipment, but that was ruled unconstitutional within the last couple years.

Really? huh. Last time I tried to get wine shipped from CA to MD they couldn't do it. That was about 2 years ago.

dag, I just overheard that the only other woman who works in the office is leaving. We're not great friends or anything but she's nice and relatively normal and I could ask her questions about the other people here without it being weird.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Chicago also has something called Delivery.com that acts as sort of a clearing house - you can scan menus for a gazillion restaurants and place your order through the site.

NYC (well, Manhattan) has Seamlessweb: [link]

Looks like they're in LA too.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

I just got here, and so far have nothing clever to say....

I also, have nothing clever to say.

I was trying to remember last night's dream for a while, but it's gone.

People claims this picture is Courtney Love. I say Courtney's looking a lot like Goldie Hawn these days. It's the hair and the lips.

Oh gawd. Last night I dreamed they found out I had failed to take four classes in junior high, so I had to go back to junior high to take them. This is the second night in a row I've had this dream! Last night I was even thinking, "Wow, I have this dream all the time - now it's really happening!"

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I had a frantic and enervating sleep last night. It's been a long time since I've been so appalled at the sound of my alarm. And my head is screaming.

I hate to call in sick because there's no reason to accept I'll be better tomorrow. I just can't face showering in the next half hour, much less operating a motor vehicle.

But as I type, the answer becomes more clear. I have to go back to bed. Tomorrow will come in 18 hours. Cross that bridge then.

Alrighty. Sick-this-morning email sent, and I'm back to bed.

"Wow, I have this dream all the time - now it's really happening!"

That's uncomfortably meta. Can you be sure you're awake right now?

And speaking of pictures, why does Jon Stewart look so orange?
