But as for myself, I don't want to keep adding on until we have more of a building plan. Just a few commonly agreed upon guiding principles which can help us determine these choices as something other than ad hoc decisions which contribute to sprawl.

not connie, but it seemed like she was already making a fairly large concession to put off the vote on her proposal until now. i'm not sure which way I'll vote but I can see why she might not want to put off her proposal any longer.
