I am amused by Don pouring drinks everytime someone is unhappy in his office.
Although, my experience in England belies the british guy's lack of drinking. I remember one of my engineers having a beer while he waited for his pizza. At lunch.
He doesn't travel well. He's like fine shrimp.

Vortex, I think the lack of drinking was supposed to be about money as well. At least that is how I took it.

In the meeting with Sally's teacher, Betty said Sally had been obsessing over the Medgar Evers murder - that's who the black guy at the table with Betty's mother was supposed to be, I'm pretty sure.

Also, wrt to her water never breaking, there was an interesting contrast between Betty being very knowledgable about her body and her previous pregnancies and how she was being treated like a child by the medical staff.
This was a great episode about power and who has it.

I felt let down by the season premiere, liked the last ep, felt letdown by this one ("borrowing" from Twin Peaks, Weiner?)
