No, it's shiny! I like to meet new people. They've all got stories...

I know my own heart and understand my fellow man. But I am made unlike anyone I have ever met. I dare to say I am like no one in the whole world. - Anne Lister

Am I the only one kind of bored with this season? I feel like the writers are trying to be Profound with each episode and it is grating.

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

I felt let down by the season premiere, liked the last ep, felt letdown by this one ("borrowing" from Twin Peaks, Weiner?)

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

I'm not bored, exactly. I find each episode utterly fascinating while i'm watching it, but they don't stick with me afterwards the way they used to. There are an awful lot of threads, more than I can keep track of while they are offscreen, is part of my problem, I think.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

I've been loving this season. It hasn't had as many big dramatic moments as last year did, but the minutae of domesticity are still drawing me in.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

I like this season, but I didn't care for last night's episode too much.

There were a couple of scenes that I actually thought were extraneous and wish hadn't really been in there or were written different.

I prefer a bit more subtlety with my Mad Men.

Also, distinct lack of Joan has hurt my interest.

aka "The artist formerly known as Corwood Industries."

I'm digging the season. Y'all notice that when the prison guard wouldn't meet Don's eye towards the end, there was no baby on his wife's lap?

Danger is my middle name, only I spell it R. u. t. h. - Tina Belcher.

Pete was especially early-Conner-like to me in this episode.

I found the whole hospital scene very creepifying.

I don't think we've seen the last of Duck, either.

Oh, Corwood, I caught the awkwardness, but missed the lack of baby!

I did not! I don't know what to make of that, either.
