Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

Looks like this last set of episodes is going to be QUITE the ride.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

If you get the AMCHD feed, it's on East Coast time.

That's what it's called, but it's been on West Coast time for a while. I've lost all my East Coast feeds, unfortunately. THERE'S NO UPSIDE TO THIS.

And my manual recording was set for one minute over, and clearly it should have been two--Hank had Walter and had roughed him up, but "I swear to Christ, I will put" was the last thing I heard. Help?

And I need to work out when to tape Low Winter Sun, if just for the cast list. DAMN.

(Why isn't Andre Braugher in *that* instead of Brooklyn sixty nine (I know)?

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

Boo!! That sucks.

Hank had Walter and had roughed him up, but "I swear to Christ, I will put" was the last thing I heard. Help?

SHIT!! That was part of an awesome line: "I swear to Christ, I will put you under the jail."

And then they have a staredown, and Hank says he doesn't even know who he's looking at, and Walt says that if he doesn't know who he's looking at..."Tread lightly." And thus a new Breaking Bad meme was born.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Julie Bowen is very entertaining. I love her Morocco fixation. Eta: and "Let me tell you about your show..." was perfect.

Why isn't Andre Braugher in *that* instead of Brooklyn sixty nine (I know)?

Because then I'd have to watch it and I don't want to. For once the TV gods are looking out for my needs!

Low Winter Sun seems to be on immediately after Breaking Bad, btw, if'n you are wanting to manually record the both of them. And next week's Breaking Bad is supposed to go over 4 minutes.

You're going to watch the Andy Samberg series????

It was the re-airings of the pilot I had to track down. Luckily the site is very thorough. I will remember to add 4 minutes (currently 2) to the next recording. Maybe 5? I could be crazy like that.

I think I have to for the Andre Braugher content. He does have a tendency to elevate the stuff he's in...

I'd rather see him next to Mark Strong and the nasty lawyer from Suits (narrows things down) than Andy Samberg, unless Andy's been sitting on something surprising.

That's perfectly reasonable. I just have a totally unreasonable but strong visceral dislike of Low Winter Sun based on the previews, so I am grateful not to have a competing reason to watch it. Lennie James is tempting, but not compelling, and Mark Strong - looking at IMDB I have not seen a lot of his work.

It's nice when all the little oarsmen in my brain pull together instead of brawling.

OMG, Lennie James too! When everyone is all Paterson Joseph is the black Doctor, I'm no offence, but Lennie James! (In my head, quietly, and somewhat after the actual announcement, but before I realised Ayoade is also perfect). Lennie's a chameleon.

Mark Strong is a solid badass, and I like too see both of them in complicated places. Thrills me. So hopefully the show isn't entirely depressing, and I won't watch it the same day as BB.
