And don't you ever stand for that sort of thing. Someone ever tries to kill you, you try to kill 'em right back! ... You got the right same as anyone to live and try to kill people.

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

I was pleasantly surprised to see Montgomery from Castle, basically playing Montgomery.

We are Buffistas. This isn't our first apocalypse. -- Pix

When everyone is all Paterson Joseph is the black Doctor, I'm no offence, but Lennie James!

Man, Lennie James is the awesomest. He was by far the best thing about Jericho.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

That is very true.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

I have mad crazy lust for Mark Strong. I can't explain it, it just is,

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

All the negative reviews I've heard and read about Low Winter Sun point out that it's brought to us from someone responsible for Cold Case and Criminal Minds, but I like those! So maybe it's more about expectations than the actual product? (I still don't plan to watch it...)

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

IMO, the show is fucking boring. The show IMO, is trying to be like "The Shield" set in Detroit, but they made a bit of an error where a significant event in "The Shield" happened at the end of the pilot episode, this event happened in the first 5 minutes of the episode.

It is difficult to find your bearings when the protagonist does something really terrible early on and the viewer has no context for why this had to be done. What was the motivation that such a drastic step needed to be taken?

The acting is pretty good, but the pacing is atrocious.

I can't stop thinking about how amazing Dean Norris was in that last Breaking Bad scene.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

He was pretty incredible the whole episode. It's interesting to think about the fact that in the first season, I thought Hank was just a racist jerk I didn't like very much, and now he's one of my favorite characters. His character arc is often overlooked in the shadow of Walt's and Jesse's. Now that I think about it, he kind of reminds me of Carver from The Wire in that sense.

Dean Norris actually had a pretty good scene in Under the Dome, too (which, amusingly enough, had a similar ending, though not nearly as powerful). Good week for him!

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

No matter what happens for the rest of the season, Hank killing Walter in the garage right then would probably work out happier for everyone else than what Gilligan has planned.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

It's not that I was ever taking Burn Notice particularly seriously, but...

You killed Balthazar, you bastard! But, seriously. Why are we in it with him again?
