That's disturbing. You're emotionally scarred and will end up badly.

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

Does Kidnapped come to a satisfying conclusion?

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

Does Kidnapped come to a satisfying conclusion?

Yeah, definitely. I think the idea behind the show was that they'd do these kind of mini-arcs of thirteen episodes, and only keep the core cast around (Jeremy Sisto, his awesome assistant, and Delroy Lindo). Obviously that didn't work out, but the central mystery is solved in the episodes they produced.

My gustatory happy of the day is fresh shell peas, from the Harvard Square farmer's market.

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

I had a great meal last Friday. Yuca gnocchi with a green lamb ragout and shaved parmesan cheese. It's this place in the North End called Taranta that does Italian with a strong Peruvian accent. Absolutely teh yum. The lamb ragout had just a little kick to it.

I also had some mini-calzones there that were more like empendas, but those weren't as good as the pasta (they were three different fillings, and only one leek, potato and cheese one was really special).

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

Seared tuna at Daddy Jacks last Tuesday. Black on the outside and buttery inside. Yum.
