I thought Angela's attempts at Customer Service were the best part after the Jim-as-Dwight and Dwight-as-Jim stuff.
Yep. Everything with Kelly and the accountants was great.

Seriously! I am going to have Kelly's B-A-N-A-N-A-S cheer stuck in my head all day!
My main point was -- last night's episode was a normally good episode of a good comedy, instead of something that left me full of glee and/or aching (the best episodes of The Office do both).
I thought it was funny as hell but didn't have the same kind of emotional resonance of the best episodes.

"Once I said I was Bridget Jones and talked like this. Hullo! I like ice cream. I want a boyfriend."
Even then though, Pam made those scenes for me.
Hee.
"Actually, one could argue that it wastes time."
"For instance, that last thing you said...."
"Once I said I was Bridget Jones and talked like this. Hullo! I like ice cream. I want a boyfriend."
And then when Kevin asked if he could be Australian?! hee!! What I loved about the whole business w/ Kelly & the accountants was it showed that Kelly is ...the way she is and will do stuff like leave a customer on hold for, oh, hours possibly but she actually is a fairly competent at her job.
I missed Toby last night.
"I talked like Bridget Jones all day." The impressions were funny, too.And it was a funny *thought* that Michael is grandiose enough to expect a call from...C.J. Cregg when he screws up, but I didn't get the pay-off I hoped for from it. You know what I mean? Love the "Threat Level Midnight" shoutout.

"First of all, you're doing a great job at customer service, and you have soooo many good qualities, it might be good for you to work on the one you're not good at, which is being apologetic."
Angela trying to be empathic was priceless. Calling a press conference was a classic Michael move that somehow only led to comedy bronze.
And of course the impersonations were the highlights.

Yeah. Although I did love the "Ungrateful Biatch Hotline."
Does the finale air next Thursday? I'm trying to get caught up before..
