Now tagless for your comfort.

Whale.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

ya'll are funny. I avoided an answer by saying they live in different places. cause he really just wanted to know for his animal fighting scenerio in the bathtub. Bon - these are your animals btw.

mother question - at what age should I be able to have mac take a bath by himself?

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

I am commuting to the con, so I have to get up at the crack of too early to get the Metro in time to make the first panels, which are at 9 am.

I have spent a ridiculous amount of money on books today. The trick is to keep from spending any more on books this weekend.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I vote whale. I have no idea how old one would be to start bathing alone--although I have memories of potty training, I don't have any of bathing with company.

Bon, I'll be shooting at an indoor range, so nothing too exciting. One of the krav students is a firearms instructor, so he keeps getting us these "deals" and I'm finally availing myself of one.

It seems like a poor idea given the headaches and the glayvin, but I'm feeling extra pinned down by pain these days, and need to do something.

Including exercise. It's been a while.

Including painkillers--the trigger point injections are moving into the ouchy stage.

What is even happening?

mother question - at what age should I be able to have mac take a bath by himself?

How clean do you want him?

Ben is 11. He showers by himself. There have been nights in the not-all-that-distant past, when we've asked, "Have you washed [whatever body part]?" and heard a "Oh, I forgot." Depending on the part, and how clean he looked, we've sometimes sent him back in. Julia is 8. She showers by herself and has, for at least a year. Chris just turned 7. We're still shampooing his hair, and making sure everything gets washed and rinsed, but he does all the washing, himself. He also showers. If he were having a bath instead, we'd probably handle it about the same as we handle his shower.

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

cause he really just wanted to know for his animal fighting scenerio in the bathtub. Bon - these are your animals btw.

That cracks me up, because I was making jokes at the time about how all the equally-sized toys were "to scale." I don't think he would have asked the question if they actually were.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I'm waking up earlier tomorrow than I have all week. This picture is flawed.

I want to go shooting in a skirt. I'm having a major femme phase, no doubt sparked by the weight I've gained since I've been pandering to my neck.

I even wore eyeshadow and eyeliner today. And cried it off in the doctor's office (interesting tidbit: my nose goes almost the same colour as my hair and Clinique's Black Honey lipgloss).

I wonder if there's waterproof liquid eyeliner with a similar applicator to my Palladio--it's the first eyeliner I can put on without looking like I've been attacked by a toner cartridge. But it'll come off if I sweat. I mean, if I ever sweat again.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Random poll question: When you think about Vanessa Williams, how soon do you think about scandal? Ever?

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Pretty much never.

In the bath, the whale TOTALLY wins.

I've supervised baths as a babysitter/nanny up to 10. The latter years were mostly as Cindy described "Did you wash this ?" IME, it depends on the kid's version of clean.

Tonight has reinforced my wish that nannyng was a viable, sustainable career outside of SuperNanny. Talking about them, I miss the kids and the grins they bring.
