Fred: It's the pictures in my mind that are getting me. It's like being stuck in a really bad movie with those Clockwork Orange clampy things on my eyeballs. Wesley: Why imagine? Reality's disturbing enough.

Now tagless for your comfort.

It's tough to look fresh as a daisy when you're in the midst of another snowpocalypse.

The guidelines I read didn't distinguish between various sorts of cushions as potential mitehouses. But Kristin will probably know better, at the very least. But I supposed that they could make the coverings out of the same stuff as the higher end mattress covers. I don't mind the mattress cover I got, but it is noisier than I'm used to.

I think this question has largely been answered, but the bottom line according to my allergist and the research I've done is that there's no such thing as truly dust-mite proof pillows etc. That's why the covers (which are dust mite resistant) are so important--they'll keep the mites out for a week or so, and then they need to be washed in HOT (not warm) water. Lather, rinse, repeat. Getting rid of carpeted floors was the thing that helped me the most, but if you're stuck with them, frequent vacuuming with a good vacuum and a good air filter running will help a lot.

In terms of the noise--some covers are plasticky and loud, but much more affordable. I can't handle the noise, though, so I spent a little more to get the softer covers.

Remembering my umbrella when I went for lunch might have been a step in the less bedraggled direction.

Duke rape charges dropped. Civil suits against the former prosecutor are most likely pending.

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

I am bedraggled.

I love that word. It sounds like you've been beaten up by a bed.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

I've been busy for the last 3.4 hours, and I finally get here, and there are only 20 new posts?

Where is the entertainment, people?

Woot!

Except now I need to run off and buy lunch, since the one I planned on eating is still at home.

Lucky lunch.

Now tagless for your comfort.

I posted booger porn yesterday and killed the thread. I'm not making that mistake a second time.

I'm in Diary of Anne Frank rehearsal. I think that's a different interpretation of entertainment.
