Yeah, it's just been a slow week in tapeland.
I have them on tape, although I'm slow getting to the post office.
If no-one else pops up, I can try and get them dubbed for you.
It does happen to everyone. No, really. No need to be self-conscious.

I come to you on bended knee to beg for Firefly eps on some sort of digital media. VCD, DVD - whatever. I will fund the costs involved for the production and transfer of such media.
Please email me at the adress listed in my profile.
Until there are Fox produced DVD's this is the only way I might watch Firefly.
Hi everyone!
I'm currently in the proccess of burning all the Firefly episodes to SVCD. I'm doing them as SVCD because my boyfriend's DVD player won't play VCDs. I still need to get Serenity, but once I have them all downloaded and a master burned, I'd be happy to make copies for anyone who would like. Complete with label and CD cover artwork. :) Email's in the profile.

Thanks all .....
xnera - I have Serenity and I think all the rest except Objects in Space. Quality varies. I will check through them all this weekend and between us we should have a complete set of good quality Firefly! Yay!
Ooooooohhhhh! Me want!
I will provide blank discs, mailing costs both ways, chocolate, and eternal gratitude for all Firefly eps of good quality on vcds or svcds. Profile is good.
So .... just in case I go out and buy a new DVD player .... will it say whether it plays vcd's or svcd's? And can I get it for under $100? (Budgetary constraints). And also - Is there any other program outside of Quicktime Plus that plays MPEG's (2, or 3)?
t Technology natter My Apex AD-1200 was less than $50. It plays SVCD, VCD and with a couple quick entries of numbers on the remote it is now region free and plays my region 4 DVD's! It is a piece of crap compared to my more expensive DVD player. But I love it the mostest because it plays everything. t /Technology natter
That's good to know, Laura. Thanks
