A turkey in every toilet -- only in America!

Again, I don't feel they're going to want to do that, especially for less money.

That's one way to look at it. I was thinking we could sell it as "we'll pay you to see if it's our fault." Maybe?

Not having has never been the thing I've regretted most in my life. Not trying is.

Jon, really, there's nothing for them there.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I can also fully understand why, if everyone else is humming along, IH wouldn't want to tweak on our behalf, and that home-grown code is always going to be suspect.

Thank you for explaining, and for all the head-thunking you've done since we moved.

All of this. And let me know if there's anything I can do, beyond writing a check.

Or, including writing a check, if we should be paying Fangeek more.

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

Hmm, well that's weird. I was reading a page, minimized it without clicking to another, then I pulled it back up to continue reading and the background is gray! Did I do something weird to change the background color of this site? My other web pages don't seem to be affected.

Nobody

Did you refresh, Nora? It might just be browser wonkiness.

I logged out and in again, and it's back to white again. I am interested in how that happened though.

I think "browser wonkiness" about covers it.

wow, it's like reading a technical manual with you guys! Yeah, Browser Wonkiness. Sponsor of today's half-assed stupid comment by Nora.

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

it's like reading a technical manual with you guys!

This is so much more fun. Trust me.

I'm pretty sure our problems are caused by a race condition in MySQL that can cause the count of connections per user to be incorrect. I sent a mail to the mysql internals mailing list asking about it. I'll let y'all know what they say.
