Fred: So you don't worry that it's possible for someone to send out a biological or electronic trigger that effectively overrides your own sense of ideals and values and replaces them with an alternative coercive agenda that reduces you to a mindless meat puppet? Shopkeeper: Wow. People used to think that I was paranoid.

S to the A -- using they/them pronouns!

it only reads the threads you're subscribed to, if you're subscribed to any.

Did not know that.

Still might not work for you.

Probably not. I don't read in order of newest messages. I read in order of fewest new, or most new, or most interesting thread. More like that.

A turkey in every toilet -- only in America!

Yep.

Soooo... Is there a Windows package that has that feature? BBedit is Mac only.

Homesite has this thing called CodeSweeper, which I've fiddled with but not really got to grips with, that does the same kind of thing.

Maybe Ultra-Edit has something like that? Arachnophilia? NoteTab? I'm the last person to ask about Wintel apps though.

No other candidate is asking the hard questions, like "Did geophysicists assassinate Jim Henson?" or "Why is there hydrogen in America's water supply?" --defective yeti

I can never wait for the thing to refresh -- there might be new posts! And if there were, I'd just key Read New anyway. I'm gonna go turn my refresh up to a million.

Nahh, I use Dreamweaver, although I do spend a lot of time in code view.
