Jon's changes (among them alignment of posting box, thread title, enhanced set profile error messages, tagline length warning) have been implemented.

alignment of posting box
I'm not harping, just curious, what happened to the Hecubus percentage? (Even I on 800 x 600 have to resize my window to fit the whole screen in order to get the whole posting box.)
I'd forgotten that I'd moved the box over, actually. Let's gauge reaction. We can always move it back.
Dunno.
You'll have to ask Jon. I actually track the HTML change requests. And we are lacking of a regulated system.
I love the posting box now. Mwah.

Yeah! Where's my percentage?
What are you talking about? How come the box is over here?
Can you see the box OK, Hec? Is it too wide for your window?

I can see the box, but it starts almost on the middle of my screen (okay, one-third over), and then I get a scroll bar. Not optimal for me.
A sideways scrollbar? Yeah, that is suboptimal.
I'd also like to suggest a forced break in the top line of text for improved legibility, but I'm not sure how thread title length will affect where the break should go.
I'm not liking the moved-over entry box. Reason: I usually run the board in a narrower-than-regulation window in an effort to be work-friendly. That works fine, since the narrowness of the posts are well-adjusted by Opera and I can read swiftly and easily. However, the text-box-entry window is a fixed-width thing, and when I get to the bottom of the page I have to use the horizontal scroll to get the entire thing on my screen.
Is there a different kind of font called for in the text entry box than in the rest of the page? Because maybe if I adjusted that, it would also adjust in size, and then I would be golden.
