Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Dunno.

You'll have to ask Jon. I actually track the HTML change requests. And we are lacking of a regulated system.

I love the posting box now. Mwah.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

I'm not harping, just curious, what happened to the Hecubus percentage?

Yeah! Where's my percentage?

What are you talking about? How come the box is over here?

with a gleam in my eye, and an almost airtight alibi

Can you see the box OK, Hec? Is it too wide for your window?

I can see the box, but it starts almost on the middle of my screen (okay, one-third over), and then I get a scroll bar. Not optimal for me.

A sideways scrollbar? Yeah, that is suboptimal.

I'd also like to suggest a forced break in the top line of text for improved legibility, but I'm not sure how thread title length will affect where the break should go.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

I'm not liking the moved-over entry box. Reason: I usually run the board in a narrower-than-regulation window in an effort to be work-friendly. That works fine, since the narrowness of the posts are well-adjusted by Opera and I can read swiftly and easily. However, the text-box-entry window is a fixed-width thing, and when I get to the bottom of the page I have to use the horizontal scroll to get the entire thing on my screen.

Is there a different kind of font called for in the text entry box than in the rest of the page? Because maybe if I adjusted that, it would also adjust in size, and then I would be golden.

Ideally, where should the break appear? Should it be in line with the text box?

Because maybe if I adjusted that, it would also adjust in size, and then I would be golden.

Nope. The size of the text box is independent of the font inside it.

I'm leaning towards moving the box back to the left, but I want to wait for a few more folks to chime in.

Ficht nicht mit Der Raketemensch!

I dislike the right-justified box for vague aesthetic reasons. I say move it back.

It's not right-justified --- It's left justified with the posts. But noted.
