What about the crash in the beginning of Pitch Black?
ooh, don't tempt me! Loved that scene (and every inch of that movie), but Fearless is still IT for me. Rose Perez rocking, awesome freaking soundtrack... it was the mood. Pitch Black's had casualties and was very internal (as in inside the ship), but Fearless took it to another level. Some sequences found withing the archives of Lost might have something similar, but not surpassing.
I sort of loved that. I was so happy when the password was "Ando". I found myself rooting for Sylar when he fought off the Nathan Ninjas. I was very moved by all the Heroes trussed up like terrorists. They toyed with my emotions nicely.

the fearless crash is the first four minutes of this clip. It's near the end of the film if you don't want to be spoiled, but man, it's still really powerful to me. And what makes it so is facing all the people who could/will die: here are their faces, here's a smidgen of their story (stranger, lover, father, son, sister, friend...) and now here's the horror, told in the most beautiful way. Heroes hit that for me tonight, even if they did decide to show the one definite casualty with his face disguised.
I also love how at the beginning Mohinder is all "lock me up and throw away my civil rights, it's the right thing to do" and then "holy shit these people are trying to lock me up and hinder (ha!) my civil rights/kidnap me!"
Peter still has stiff competition in the Stupid contest with Mohinder.
So, does nobody know that Nathan has a power? Did HRG agree to work with Nathan to protect Claire?

BTW, nice little Terminator moment with Mohinder. . . even if HGR was faking it.
Noah's got a lot on the ball, but I don't think even he could plan for the contingency of his daughter getting captured, escaping just as his plane takes off, and climbing aboard via the landing gear wheel well.
Damn it, I thought that sort of contingency planning was his super power!
Anyway, overall I thought that the episode was alot of fun and it leaves me hopeful for the rest of the mini-arc.
BTW, it was alot of fun to see Sylar taking apart the evil Homeland Security SWAT.
