I just had a good bitching lunch with a coworker. Man, there are a lot of Issues. I'm afraid I'm back to my old thing of not wanting to work anymore.

I think I've been slacking too much recently at work. Which really sucks of me when we bill by the hour.

OTOH, I often work very fast and productively, which saves our clients money, so it all evens out in the end. I hope.

I hope I never get caught in a The Day After Tomorrow scenario at this job, because before I get eaten by wolves, I'll be forced to seek sustenance from the vending machines. And nobody's last meal should be a fish and cheese sandwich washed down with a lukewarm Schweppes.

This morning came way too freakin' early. It was still pitch black by the time I'd gotten out of the shower, dressed, and done my make-up. I've already taught a 90-minute class and have gone to a meeting, but I swear I could fall asleep right this second if I put my head down on the desk.

In terms of weather, it was 93 in Pasadena yesterday and it supposed to hit 88 in Brentwood (which is usually considerably cooler) today. I'm loving the warmth, but umm...isn't it a tad early for the 90's? Because 70's and 80's are just dandy.

Well, it can't be global warming, because that's a myth, just look at how cold it was this winter. Right?

I swear, making Daylight Saving Time early this year has thrown the Earth's axis out of alignment! Soon we will fall into the Sun!

Well, in this case I think it's probably just Southern California being Southern California. The worrisome thing is that we've had an extremely dry winter; we're already seeing fires.

Thank god there's wank today or I don't know what I'd do.
