How long does it take for (real) maple syrup to go bad in the fridge?
I've never had it go bad. Which makes me think it's on the order of years. At least one. I can be slow like that.

That would be sort of convenient now, wouldn't it? Pretty sure it doesn't have that much of a safety design, sadly.
