My mother and sister called to tell me that my mother had to be taken by ambulance to the emergency room at 3 a.m., because she had another of the scary coughing, choking, unable to breathe things like the one she had at Christmas. They gave her oxygen and sent her home with albuterol and cough medicine. I don't think the doctors are paying enough attention to her, because she isn't very assertive and she's 81. I don't know what to do about it from here.

{{Ginger}} I hope the doctors can wake up and try to figure out what's going on with her. She shouldn't have to suffer through this just because she's 81. I fear that some doctors don't think they should try to solve these problems for the elderly which is bullshit.

Well, I am still hurt, to a certain degree, but I'm also just frustrated and sad. I wanted to help out. I've got mad skillz (yo), and I was willing to pitch in and invest in this group. But they've gone sort of insane. And that's just a damned shame.

But maybe potential splinter-group-which-isn't-calling-itself-a-group could turn out well. We all have in common the element of getting fucked over by Insane!Group.
