move out and draw fire

Gronk, and wah. So much for my 4-day weekend. So much for our trip to Thessaloniki. I had to go in to work all day Friday, half of Saturday, and all day today.

I'm burnt out and the week hasn't even started yet.

What is even happening?

Gar, I wonder if it would be good spread on the skin of chicken you were going to roast or bake. You could doctor it -- add some salt, maybe, to cut the sweet.

I don't know about baking, hmmm. If you had a recipe for a pretty plain sugar cookie, one that took butter, it might be good in something like that.

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

There are apple butter and applesauce cakes and breads, so pear would probably work. The cakes are usually some variation on spice cake.

Art Crawl!!!

Oh, and applecakes ARE delicious so I'm sure that pear cake would be too.

Because books.

You could also try the pear butter on something with a lot of flavor and saltiness, like pumpernickel bread.

Well, yes, but the bed's more comfy. Hence the whine :).

Oh, so a first-world whine. Proceed.

I just decided to color my hair. Because I was bored, yes. And then my eyebrows. I think I am going to have to redo the eyebrows. Looking at them both while still covered in their respective dyes, I think the brows are not only lacking in any red at all, they are subtly ash. This does not bode well. Time will tell. At worst I am hunting down some of the stuff I use on my brows in a more me-friendly shade later today. This is why boredom is bad. At least when there are boxes of hair color around.

A dress should be tight enough to show you're a woman but loose enough to flee from zombies. — Ginger

Jeesh, a three-day vaca, and all I wanted to do was get on-line -- and could I? Not till now.

And yeah, we're talking painkillers! Fun! I wish I had one. Cramps. Not fun. Pretty much the only painkiller I've ever had was Vicodin, and it was fine. Vicodin with muscle relaxers, for a couple of sprains, and that was a fun combo. Hooboy.

I dyed my hair a couple of weeks ago; it's darker than my usual and it took a couple of days for me to decide whether I liked it or not, but I do. It's a dark brown with burgundy shot through it. It's wine-y.
