I cooked an awesome breakfast! Country sausage (which we made for Thanksgiving and have kept frozen in 1/4lb patties) and sweet potato hash with over easy eggs. Then half a grapefruit to cut the delicious fatty richness. I feel quite deserving of such breakfasts when I come back from swimming laps.
