Oh, wow. This place looks great. Oh, I feel like a witch in a magic shop.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Back tattoos of the mother is that you are absolutely right - Ame

So Lee is an enabler. Of impulse shopping. Tattoos. Crack!Fic. Is there anything she won't enable?

And I echo juliana's EEEEEK, Cindy, raising it to ASSCAPS.

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

Heh. I couldn't find the date of my 1st nutritionist appt. so I asked Tom to look through his emails for it. He found it easily enough - Nov. 14 - but also included my comment on the appointment:

"Back from nutritionist. Blah blah yadda yadda portion size food journal keep track of fats and proteins."

Punishingly Intricate

Toddson, if you want to take a trip north-east, Baltimore Tattoo Museum is great!!

Fay, your tattoo sounds beautiful! I wonder though if it will be too detailed to work as a tattoo though? If the lines are too intricate the piece will end up looking muddy. But your artist should be able to tell you if it will work or not. I have tattoos on both my ankles and they did not hurt nearly as much to get as the (bigger & multi-colored) piece on my lower back. fwiw

Nice work, Nora!!! Go team you!!! I've also lost about a pound a week since I started my program of diet and exercise in the first week of Jan. It feels like a safe and sustainable rate for me.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Pot-smoking sucker.

I WAS NOT SMOKING.

Cindy & vw, good health days to you.

Very much this.

YAY Nora.

Is there anything she won't enable?
Of course.

As soon as I think of it, I'll let you know.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

I WAS NOT SMOKING.

She claimed the SAME THING at the Springsteen concert.

Now tagless for your comfort.

Which island?

It'll be the big island. Two of the choices of hotels are on Waikiki beach in Honolulu. I'm going to try to figure out a day trip to Molokai, though. I'm just so stoked, regardless of how I look in a swimsuit.

Cashmere, that is SO AWESOME about Hawaii! Have you been before?

Nope. I've never even made it to the West Coast before (which I know needs to be remedied.)

vw, St. Thomas is nice, too!

Honolulu is on Oahu not the Big Island. Either way...am INSANELY jealous of you!! But, honestly as the mom of two younguns, you probably need the break a million times more than I do. (see how generous I'm being, Universe? Send me a tropical vacation!)

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

How easy is it to get from island to island? Like, say, if you lived there? Do the locals take ferries? Or fly?

Oops. DH just said "Big Island" but when I looked up the hotels, I saw Honolulu. Must do some "research" before we go.

The break will be nice for the two of us. We both need to recharge our batteries.

I think we ALL deserve a tropical vacation!

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Will your batteries last all the way to September?
