Which island?

It'll be the big island. Two of the choices of hotels are on Waikiki beach in Honolulu. I'm going to try to figure out a day trip to Molokai, though. I'm just so stoked, regardless of how I look in a swimsuit.

Honolulu is on Oahu not the Big Island. Either way...am INSANELY jealous of you!! But, honestly as the mom of two younguns, you probably need the break a million times more than I do. (see how generous I'm being, Universe? Send me a tropical vacation!)

How easy is it to get from island to island? Like, say, if you lived there? Do the locals take ferries? Or fly?

I get a girls' weekend in NYC over St. Patricks Day, courtesy of my loving husband. I think I can limp through from March to September.

I forgot to mention this morning. The shoes I linked to last week came in yesterday. The good news is they fit. The bad news is that one of the red ones has a large black marker mark across the front. Old Navy is going to get a nasty call from me today.

Thanks, sj. I will say I no longer have that feeling that my body is fighting infection, which is quite nice. I have energy again, and my low grade fever seems to have gone away. How are you doing?

Cindy, I’m so glad you’re starting to feel better. I’m really tired and sore today, but I’m dealing with it better this week, much less anxiety. I’m at Mom’s doing laundry. She’s still away.

In good health news, I just got back from the nutritionist and I have lost 8.7 lbs in 6 weeks... which brings me to almost 15 lbs gone since November!
